Hot Disk TPS 1500 Thermal Constant Analyser
   
   
   
   
 

The Hot Disk Analysis software comes with the TPS 1500. It allows easily to obtain a fast and reliable estimation of thermophysical parameters (thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and specific heat capacity). Its intuitive and user-friendly interface allows an easy use.

               
             
       

The Standard Module allows to realize measurements on samples shaped as blocs. The user puts the Hot Disk sensor between the pieces of the sample in question.

             
               
 
The experimentation traceability is assured by an interface wherein the manipulator gives information to experimental conditions :

Test initial temperature
 
Sensor nature (Kapton or Mica)
 
Sensor radius
 
Thermal Resistivity Coefficient (TCR) intrinsic to the  heating resistance nature and to the test initial temperature

At the end, experimental curves allows to check if test is operational. Moreover, the reminder of test data allows to have a global view of the experimentation.
